Your Login ID is your first name, the first letter of your last name, and the last four digits of your social security number. If your first name is more than 10 characters, only use the first 10 characters of your first name.

Your Benefitfocus password is the member’s full social security number (SSN) with no spaces or dashes.

Example: The login information for Jennifer Smith with an SSN of 123-45-6789
Benefitfocus ID - JenniferS6789
Password – 123456789

Once you are successfully logged in, you will be required to create a personal password for security purposes.

Note: If you have trouble accessing your account, your Login ID may have been set up in a different manner to ensure it is unique to your account.  Your Login ID may be your Last Name + First Initial of First Name + Last four digits of SSN.  If you continue having trouble accessing your account, please call Technical Support at 1.866.822.8688.
